Three Arrested for Throwing Waste at Clothing Store in Nghe An

Authorities in Nghe An have arrested three individuals for their involvement in an incident where waste was thrown at a clothing store on Le Hong Phong Street. The arrests were made as part of an investigation into the crime of disturbing public order.

On June 1, two unidentified individuals threw waste at the clothing store, causing significant concern among local residents regarding public safety and order. Following the incident, the provincial police launched an investigation, leading to the identification and subsequent arrest of the suspects.

On June 19, the Criminal Investigation Department of Nghe An Police apprehended the three suspects: Vo Thi Hang (born 1973, residing in Vinh Loc Ward), Le Van Dai (born 1984, residing in Tan Ky Commune), and Pham Van Anh (born 1998, also from Vinh Loc Ward). The investigation revealed that the attack was premeditated, stemming from prior conflicts.

According to police reports, Vo Thi Hang transported two buckets of waste to the vicinity of the clothing store using a car. Le Van Dai and Pham Van Anh then took the waste from the vehicle and used a motorcycle with a fake license plate to carry out the act before fleeing the scene.

During their attempts to evade capture, the suspects employed various tactics to conceal their actions. Pham Van Anh even fled to another province, prompting police to issue a warrant for his arrest before he was eventually caught.

The case is currently under further investigation by the Nghe An Police, which is committed to addressing the issue in accordance with legal regulations.
