According to the Vice Chairman of Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee, Le Van Su, Ca Mau's crab farming scale is the highest in the country. The average annual crab output value of Ca Mau in recent years is over 10,000 billion VND. From 2023, crabs will be the leading key commodity, second only to shrimp. Currently, each farming area has also built its brand. Each business establishment's crab has a traceability stamp attached. The province also supports businesses connecting trade to find large export orders.
