DHL Express increases shipping rates

The business said rates are adjusted annually, considering many factors, including inflation.

Logistics company DHL Express has announced it will increase its average parcel delivery price as part of its annual price adjustment. Accordingly, the average increase in some countries, such as India, is 6.9%, the US is 5.9%, and Vietnam and Malaysia will be 4.9%... Depending on local conditions, Price adjustments will vary per country.

In addition, some services and surcharges will also be adjusted. Prices are adjusted annually by DHL Express, taking into account inflation and currency fluctuations as well as administrative costs related to management and security measures. The notice takes effect from January 1, 2024.
Mr RS Subramanian, Senior Vice President South Asia at DHL Express, said: "Overall, the global macroeconomic situation has stabilised, although there is still uncertainty. We want to provide stable and reliable service to all customers globally."

With annual price adjustments, DHL Express will continue to invest in innovative solutions, increase flexibility across its network and focus on environmental responsibility to provide flexible logistics solutions and sustainability.
