To increase the passenger experience, Da Nang International Terminal continuously has improvements in utilities and services. The operating unit is Da Nang International Terminal Investment and Exploitation Joint Stock Company (AHT) with high autonomy, regularly updating, renovating and refreshing the rest and working utility systems in the waiting room for the departure station or adding a golf rack at the arrival station. The space is supplemented with additional facilities such as prayer rooms, children's play areas, etc. In March this year, Da Nang international terminal became the first representative in Vietnam to meet the 4 standard stars according to Skytrax - the world's leading aviation rating and rating agency.

According to Mr. Do Trong Hau - Deputy General Director of AHT, in the coming time, the general trend of airports in Vietnam is towards building modern equipment and diverse utilities according to world standards. Regarding Da Nang International Terminal, Mr. Hau said that the unit does not stop at spaces that bring positive emotions and satisfaction but wants to bring new definitions to turn this place into a destination of tourist stature. "Regarding Danang tourism, the station will act as an indispensable destination. This is where passengers will want to stay longer when they get off the plane or will arrive earlier to enjoy the last moment of the trip", Mr. Hau said.

Mr. Hau's affirmation is reflected in the fact that the station left many impressions through the program "Heritage Road" with traditional cultural and artistic performances such as Ao Dai performance, Hue royal court music, singing chau van... In the coming time, the station will continue coordinating with the authorities to expand cultural promotion events with more activities.
