NDO - On August 1, President Nguyen Xuan Phuc cabled a message of congratulations to Swiss President Guy Parmelin on the country’s 730th National Day.
On the same day, Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son sent a congratulatory message to Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis.
