NDO – President Nguyen Xuan Phuc on July 20 cabled a congratulatory message to President of Colombia Ivan Duque Marquez on the occasion of the country’s 212th National Day (July 20, 1810-2022).
On the same day, Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son also offered congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Colombia Marta Lucía Ramírez.
