Explore Pu Mat National Park - the ideal summer destination

In the Thai language, Pu Mat means "high slopes." Pu Mat National Park is located in the East of the Truong Son range, stretching over three districts of Nghe An, namely Anh Son, Con Cuong, and Tuong Duong.

You can fly or train to Vinh City, then use the appropriate means to reach the national park. Bus fare from Hanoi to Con Cuong ranges from 200,000 to 300,000 VND, and the travel time is nearly 10 hours.
If you come from the southern provinces, you can go by road or air to Vinh City, then continue to Pu Mat National Park. Flights to Vinh Airport are available from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang, with prices depending on the time. From Vinh Airport, you can move to Pu Mat National Park by taxi or shuttle bus from travel agencies.
In addition, if you are a backpacker, you can use personal vehicles such as motorbikes and cars. Note that the distance is quite long and takes much time to travel, so you must carefully prepare equipment, food, and water for your journey. In particular, remember to look at the map and monitor the weather before you go. If you take a self-driving car, you can follow the route Hanoi - Te Tieu - Ho Chi Minh Trail - Pu Mat National Park, the fastest and most convenient way.

2. Visiting time
