Digital Land Use Certificates Now Visible on VNeID
Residents in Hanoi, Bac Ninh, and Thanh Hoa are now able to view their land use certificates on the VNeID

The Ministry of Construction has reported to the Prime Minister regarding the integration of various documents into the VNeID application by 2026. This integration will include 22 types of documents and data, significantly benefiting millions of users who rely on this digital identity platform.
Among the notable inclusions are vehicle origin information, transportation business licenses, and vehicle inspection certificates. The timeline for these integrations is ambitious, with the transportation business license information expected to be completed by August and vehicle origin information by October. Additionally, vehicle inspection certificates are set to be integrated by July, while specialized motorcycle documentation is scheduled for November.
The Ministry emphasizes that this integration is not merely about digitizing paper documents but also ensuring that the data is structured appropriately, legally valid, and capable of connecting with existing systems. This move is expected to enhance VNeID's role as a centralized information hub for users needing to access and manage their vehicle-related documents.
Furthermore, the Ministry has proposed excluding 14 types of documents from the integration process due to various legal and data system limitations. This includes certain driving licenses and international transport permits that do not meet the necessary criteria for integration.
This initiative represents a significant step towards modernizing public administration in Vietnam, making it easier for citizens to manage essential documents through a single digital platform.
