Rain showers and thunderstorms have been reported across the northern areas, with some locations experiencing heavy rainfall. The forecast indicates that the cold air will further affect other parts of the northeastern region, followed by the northwestern areas and the region from Thanh Hoa to Hue.
From the evening of October 4, temperatures in the northeastern region and Thanh Hoa will drop, with mountainous areas experiencing colder conditions. The lowest temperatures during this cold spell are expected to range from 19-22 degrees Celsius in the lowlands of the North and Thanh Hoa, while mountainous areas may see temperatures drop to 14-17 degrees Celsius.
In Hanoi, rain is expected from the evening of October 4 through the morning of October 5, with moderate rainfall and possible thunderstorms, particularly heavy in some areas. Following this, the weather will turn colder. The forecast for October 5 indicates that the capital will experience cloudy conditions with rain and thunderstorms, with temperatures ranging from 21-23 degrees Celsius at night to 24-26 degrees Celsius during the day.
