Russia has ramped up its military operations against Ukraine, focusing on key supply routes from Europe. On September 13, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that its forces continued to strike railway infrastructure in western Ukraine, specifically targeting logistics centers that store military supplies for Ukrainian forces.

These attacks are part of a broader strategy to disrupt Ukraine's military supply chain. The Russian military has specifically targeted railway facilities used for transporting military goods from European countries into Ukraine. In addition to railway infrastructure, Russian forces have launched large-scale assaults on industrial enterprises involved in the production of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), as well as logistics centers and warehouses that process military goods.

Energy facilities critical for port operations in the Odessa province have also come under fire. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that a UAV and component manufacturing workshop, along with a warehouse storing missiles and artillery, were successfully hit. These strikes illustrate Russia's intent to cripple Ukraine's military capabilities by targeting various links in its supply chain, from transportation to production and energy support.

Earlier in the day, the Nova Poshta logistics center, which plays a vital role in storing and distributing goods for the Ukrainian armed forces, was also attacked. Additionally, two substations, Novaya and Usatovo, were struck, which provide electricity essential for the operation of port infrastructure in the regions of Odessa and Mykolaiv.

The Russian Ministry of Defense did not provide details regarding the timing of these attacks or any potential casualties. This escalation in military action comes as Russia continues to focus on dismantling Ukraine's military infrastructure and logistics capabilities.

In a related development, Russian forces announced the destruction of 92 heavy UAVs belonging to Ukraine within a 24-hour period, indicating a significant impact on Ukraine's aerial capabilities.
