A multi-vehicle accident unfolded on the Phap Van - Cau Gie highway, specifically at kilometer 201, on September 15, around 1:30 PM. The incident took place in the An Duyen village area of Phu Xuyen district, Hanoi.

According to reports, a driver of a Lexus vehicle was weaving erratically in front of another car before abruptly stopping in the fast lane, which is designated for high-speed travel. This reckless maneuver forced the other vehicle to halt as well. Shortly after, a passenger bus traveling from Hanoi to Ninh Binh collided forcefully with the rear of the stopped car.

The accident resulted in injuries to two individuals, and all three vehicles involved suffered significant damage. Traffic in the area was temporarily disrupted due to the incident. At the time of the crash, heavy rain was reported, contributing to slippery road conditions and limited visibility.

By the end of the day, the Traffic Police Department of Highway No. 3 reported that they had handed over the entire case file and involved vehicles to the local police of Phu Xuyen for further investigation, as there were indications of criminal activity.
