In a heartfelt message reflecting on the 25th anniversary of FLC, Trịnh Văn Quyết, the former chairman, extended his gratitude to everyone who has accompanied the company through various stages of its journey. He acknowledged the ups and downs faced by the business, emphasizing the collective efforts and dedication of all involved.

Founded in 2001 as a consulting and investment management firm, FLC has evolved significantly over the years. The company transitioned into a major player in the real estate sector, particularly in resort properties, with developments in locations such as Sầm Sơn, Quy Nhơn, Hạ Long, and Quảng Bình. In 2017, FLC expanded into the aviation industry with the establishment of Tre Viet Airlines, which launched its first commercial flight in early 2019.

Following substantial upheaval in 2022, FLC underwent a restructuring process to address ongoing issues and revive stalled projects. Recently, at an extraordinary general meeting in May 2026, Trịnh Văn Quyết made a notable appearance but did not participate in the board of directors for the 2026-2031 term. The board was subsequently restructured to include five members, with Vũ Anh Tuân as the chairman.

FLC has begun to restart several of its projects, including the Hausman Premium Residences in Hanoi, expected to be delivered by June 2026, and the FLC Grand Hotel Quảng Bình, which resumed construction at the end of 2025 and is projected to be operational by the fourth quarter of 2026. Additionally, the FLC Pleiku Golf Club & Luxury City Resort project commenced in April, covering 517 hectares with an investment of nearly 20 trillion VND.

Moreover, FLC is actively exploring over 50 real estate projects across 11 provinces and is continuing its efforts in social housing projects in Hanoi and Quảng Ninh. On August 28, the company increased its charter capital from 8.6 trillion VND to 12.926 trillion VND, marking a significant growth of over 50%. Currently, all of FLC's charter capital is sourced from domestic private investors, with no state or foreign capital involved.
