The decisions, made by Military Region 5, included the promotion of three officers to the position of Deputy Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command, two as Deputy Heads of Political Affairs, and one officer assigned as Deputy Head of the Information Department within the Military Region 5 Staff.
