Television host Nguyễn Cao Kỳ Duyên made a surprise return to Tan Son Nhat Airport, where she shared her impressions of the recently opened Terminal 3. In a video posted online, she showcased the terminal's modern architecture and spacious environment, expressing her astonishment at the improvements made since her last visit.

During her visit, Kỳ Duyên recorded her experience in the domestic flight area, marveling at the terminal's new features. "Wow, isn’t it beautiful? It’s so new and gorgeous. I can’t believe it’s only been about six months since I was last here," she exclaimed. She took viewers on a tour, pointing out various sections of the terminal, including check-in areas and lounges, while also noting the thoughtful placement of greenery throughout the space.

Her video quickly garnered thousands of interactions on social media, with many viewers sharing their thoughts on the terminal's new look and their own experiences at the facility. Kỳ Duyên praised the terminal for its spaciousness and modern design, stating, "There are even palm trees inside the airport. I must say, it’s beautiful here."

Terminal 3 of Tan Son Nhat Airport officially began operations in April 2025, catering to domestic flights. The project, which cost nearly 11 trillion VND, was developed by the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) and commenced construction at the end of 2022. With a total floor area of approximately 112,500 square meters, the terminal is designed to handle 20 million passengers annually and can accommodate 7,000 passengers during peak hours. The opening of Terminal 3 is expected to increase the overall capacity of Tan Son Nhat Airport to around 50 million passengers per year.
