According to the decree, students in 15 designated fields can receive this financial aid, with master's and doctoral students eligible for higher amounts ranging from 5.5 to 8.4 million VND per month. To qualify for this support, students must be accepted into programs that fall under the specified categories. Additionally, they must either be national scholarship recipients or achieve a minimum score of 22.5 in their graduation exam across specific subjects, ranking within the top 30% nationally in their field.
