Two Contestants Make Top 10 in Miss Global Beauties 2025

On July 2, Globalbeauties announced that Praveenar Singh, the first runner-up of Miss Universe 2025, and Ophély Mézino, who finished in the top 12 of the same pageant, are now among the top 10 most beautiful women in the world for 2025. This recognition highlights their achievements and contributions in the world of beauty pageants.

Praveenar Singh, born in 1996, stands at 1.78 meters tall and has a striking figure with measurements of 84-64-93 cm. She has demonstrated remarkable perseverance in her pageant journey, having competed four times before finally winning the title of Miss Universe Thailand. Her first attempt was in 2018, where she finished as the second runner-up. After returning in 2020, she secured the first runner-up position, and in 2023, she once again competed but finished as the second runner-up, which left her fans disappointed.

Her journey has been described as an inspiring tale of resilience and determination, breaking traditional barriers for women. Globalbeauties praised Singh's story as a lesson in overcoming obstacles and challenging societal norms.

Ophély Mézino, aged 26 and standing at 1.72 meters, is also celebrated for her achievements. She represented Guadeloupe in the Miss France 2019 pageant, where she was the first runner-up. Later, she represented France at Miss World 2019, again finishing as the first runner-up. Mézino has a background in chemistry and aspires to develop her own beauty product line. Her unique appearance, characterized by her curly hair and athletic build, has garnered significant attention.

Globalbeauties highlighted Mézino's ability to turn her family's challenges—having deaf parents—into a lesson in leadership and advocacy for the deaf community. In 2025, she decided to forgo her title as the first runner-up of Miss World 2019 to represent Guadeloupe in the Miss Universe pageant in Thailand, where she reached the top 12.

The Miss Global Beauties award aims to recognize the most beautiful contestants from various international beauty pageants in 2025. Previously known as Miss Grand Slam, this prestigious award has undergone changes in its announcement process this year, narrowing the selection from a top 100 to a top 10. Among the top 100, Nguyễn Đình Như Vân, the current Miss Globe, is the only Vietnamese contestant nominated.

Miss Grand Slam is an annual beauty award established in 1998, and the winner is regarded as the most beautiful among all contestants participating in major beauty competitions that year.
