NDO – All expressways managed by the Vietnam Expressway Development Investment Corporation (VEC) will use e-invoices for toll collection starting 0:00 on July 1, 2022.

The move comes to fulfil the Prime Minister’s request on completing automatic non-stop toll collection (ETC) on highways by July 31.

Toll stations on expressways managed and operated by VEC will not issue printed invoices to vehicle owners when paying for road use services, and drivers will receive a printed receipt for their records.

After receiving the payment receipt, vehicle owners can follow the link http://tracuuhoadon.vec.com.vn and enter the receipt code to look up e-invoice information which is directly connected to the General Department of Taxation.
