Minister of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affrairs Dao Ngoc Dung was born in June 6, 1962 at Nhan My Commune, Ly Nhan District, Ha Nam Province. He is a member of the Party Central Committee in the 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th tenures; Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Deputy to the 14th National Assembly.
