Pham Thi Thanh Tra's Biography

Pham Thi Thanh Tra was born on January 21, 1964 as a native citizen of Nam Dan district, Nghe An province.

She completed the Master of Education Management and Bachelor of Literature Teacher Education. Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra joined the Communist Party of Vietnam on June 12, 1993 and became an official member on June 12, 1994.
