After reporting Covid-19 infections for the first time, Ha Tinh Province has suspended nonessential services such as beauty salons, hair salons, sports centers and game shops. Restaurants, food stalls and coffee shops are asked to offer takeaways instead of dine-in services.
The suspension began at 10 a.m. today, June 6 and will last until further notice.
In related news, Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai has signed Decision No. 846 to allocate VND48.4 billion from the State budget to the Ministry of Health to purchase five mobile Covid-19 testing vans.
The Health Ministry is responsible for ensuring the testing quality and accuracy of these vans, while the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security will deploy these vehicles to needy places.
The mobile testing vans are expected to help improve the testing capacity in Covid-19 hotspots, thus contributing to the Covid-19 fight.
