Special menu for women at Mai House Saigon
HCMC – Mai House Saigon Hotel has introduced a special menu for this March, highlighting dishes and buffet
For Tet traditional set lunch, executive chef Nguyen Phi Cong will treat diners special salad made of chicken and pomelo salad with plum dressing and served in a rustic bowl of coconut shells. Fried radish, bamboo shoots, and coconut fish sauce with jasmine rice follow the classic flavor of Pork Belly Stew.
Also, guests can satisfy their taste buds with an international buffet dinner at C’est La Vie Restaurant. The buffet dinner has different types of seafood, such as green mussels, scallops, octopus, etc., served with 12 specially prepared sauces. The delicious Asian cuisines are displayed through the fresh sushi and sashimi counter or tempting bowl of Tomyum soup from the Thai station.
