Nguyễn Văn Chung Shockingly Eliminated from Competition
In a surprising turn of events, musician Nguyễn Văn Chung was eliminated from the competition 'Brother

Musician Nguyễn Văn Chung has recently completed a major renovation of his father's 128 square meter home in Ho Chi Minh City, marking a significant milestone in his life. He shared that achieving this goal has brought him immense happiness, as it represents his gratitude towards his parents who have supported him throughout his journey to success.
For years, Nguyễn Văn Chung had dreamed of renovating the family home, but financial constraints delayed the project until this year. Rather than completely rebuilding the house, he opted for a thoughtful renovation of key functional areas. The living room now boasts a spacious and comfortable design, ideal for hosting family and friends.
Unfortunately, the musician's mother passed away two years ago. He recalled that she always desired a beautiful and well-appointed home but was hesitant to spend money and disrupt their living arrangements. Therefore, the renovation was designed to reflect her preferences, featuring a bright living area, a predominantly white kitchen, and a cozy worship room.
Additionally, he created a display room for his awards and memorabilia, showcasing his achievements in the music industry. The renovation coincided with his busy schedule filming the program "Brother Overcoming Thousands of Obstacles 2026." Due to his commitments, he primarily supervised the renovation remotely via phone, which led to some construction errors that required redoing certain aspects, extending the timeline and increasing costs.
Currently, Nguyễn Văn Chung is a single father living with his 14-year-old son, Hiếu Long, in an apartment in Ho Chi Minh City. His daughter has moved to Australia with his ex-wife. Since his mother's passing, he has made it a tradition to bring his son to visit his grandfather's house every weekend to strengthen family bonds.
At 43 years old, Nguyễn Văn Chung graduated from the University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology in Ho Chi Minh City before embarking on his music career. He began composing during his university years and is known for popular songs such as "The Teacher," "The Crying Moon," "Love Moonlight," and "The House of Roses." In 2025, his song "Continuing the Story of Peace" became a sensation, amassing over 5 billion views across platforms. He has also found success in children's music, with around 300 songs to his name.
