In 2026, Ha Tinh organized its first competition to assess the knowledge and situational handling capabilities of local security personnel. This event drew participation from numerous teams across various districts, emphasizing the importance of skill development in unpredictable scenarios.

Statistics from the Ha Tinh police indicate that in 2025, local security forces participated in 5,391 patrols, assisted in 912 traffic management operations, and helped resolve 87 traffic accidents. While these figures may not be as striking as those from major criminal cases, they reflect a consistent presence in neighborhoods, contributing to crime prevention.

To sustain a resilient security force, ongoing support and community recognition are crucial. The Ha Tinh Provincial People's Council has established monthly support payments and benefits for team members, differentiating between team leaders, deputy leaders, and regular members.
