Her agency, RBW, confirmed the details of the accident and emphasized that Kwon's health and safety are their top priority. They announced the cancellation of the Everline fan signing event scheduled for that day, apologizing for the sudden change and any inconvenience it may have caused to fans. RBW stated, "Considering the health and safety of the artist as our top priority, the fan signing event scheduled for today has inevitably been canceled.
