As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, the historic Hàng Mã Street in Hanoi has become a popular destination for early celebrations. Over two weeks before the festival, the street is already packed with people enjoying the festive atmosphere and capturing memories with photos.

On the evening of September 13, the street was bustling with visitors, making it difficult to navigate through the crowd. Hàng Mã Street, renowned for its festive decorations, was adorned with bright red lanterns and various decorations, creating a stunning visual spectacle that attracts many. Visitors found themselves inching along, pausing briefly to admire the goods on display at the shops.

Nguyễn Khánh Linh, a 30-year-old resident of Hanoi, shared that visiting Hàng Mã Street has become a cherished tradition for her and her fiancé. "We come here not only for weekend entertainment but also to reminisce about our past before we get married," Linh said. The street's enchanting scenery also serves as a perfect backdrop for social media enthusiasts. Bùi Thị Ngọc Trâm, an 18-year-old from Quảng Trị, expressed her excitement about capturing beautiful photos, despite the overwhelming crowd. "It’s so beautiful here, but it’s very crowded. I’m trying hard to get the perfect shot," she remarked.

The pleasant weather in Hanoi has made it an ideal outing for families, with many bringing their children to enjoy the festivities. The faces of the little ones lit up with joy as parents bought them traditional toys like drums, bubble blowers, and Mid-Autumn lanterns. Even late into the evening, the flow of people continued to surge, showcasing the vibrant spirit of the festival.
