VISI Eye Hospital in Ben Tre, along with several other VISI facilities in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Lat, and Soc Trang, has announced the launch of the 'Journey to Restore Vision' campaign. This initiative is designed to assist patients of all ages suffering from strabismus, commonly known as crossed eyes. The campaign, which runs from July to October 2026, aims to enhance awareness about strabismus and encourage patients to seek timely examinations and treatment.
The program is particularly focused on improving the visual function, self-confidence, and overall quality of life for individuals affected by this condition. As part of the campaign, patients will receive free examinations from specialized doctors at VISI, who will assess their strabismus condition and recommend appropriate treatment options.
In addition to free examinations, eligible participants can receive financial support of up to 2,000,000 VND for treatment costs. This financial assistance is available until September 30, 2026, encouraging patients to take proactive steps in their healthcare.
Tran Quoc Ngoc, the Operations Management Director of VISI Eye Hospital, emphasized the importance of addressing strabismus not only for aesthetic reasons but also for its impact on visual function and psychological well-being, especially in children. Through the 'Journey to Restore Vision' campaign, the hospital aims to provide greater access to specialized care for those affected by strabismus, helping them receive accurate assessments and suitable treatment recommendations.
