VinFast has officially adjusted the listed prices of its electric vehicles in Vietnam, effective from July 5. The new pricing applies to the entire product line, ranging from the VF 3 to the VF 9, with the lowest price now set at 188 million VND. This adjustment reflects a direct discount of 6-10% under the "Mighty Vietnamese Spirit" policy, effectively translating into new listed prices.

Importantly, this price reduction does not affect the overall costs associated with vehicle registration, as electric cars are exempt from registration fees until the end of 2030. However, users will benefit from lower comprehensive insurance premiums, which are typically calculated based on the vehicle's value.

The new listed prices are not the final selling prices. Customers can still access an additional 5% discount available for police and military personnel, along with vouchers for gasoline vehicles valued between 30 to 80 million VND.

The most significant price reductions were observed in the VF 9 model, with the Eco and Plus versions seeing decreases of 151 million VND and 170 million VND, respectively. The new pricing for the VF 9 Eco now rivals that of the large SUV Hyundai Palisade, which is currently priced between 1.26 billion and 1.36 billion VND after discounts.

As of the end of May, VinFast's cumulative sales reached 97,961 vehicles, maintaining its position as the leading electric vehicle manufacturer in Vietnam for 20 consecutive months. This impressive performance is attributed to strong sales of the Limo Green, VF 3, VF 5, VF MPV 7, and VF 6 models.
