The January-April period saw total auto sales reaching 92,801 units, including volumes of VAMA members, non-VAMA members and imported completely-built-up cars.

The figure accounted for 69.8% of total sales in the same period last year.

As for VAMA members alone, the auto sales volume included 61,297 passenger cars, 18,171 commercial vehicles, 1,451 buses and 548 special-purpose vehicles.
