(Construction) – Many issues on housing for workers were discussed at the workshop "Industrial cities associated with housing for workers" co-chaired by the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations and the Vietnam Federation of Civil Engineering Association on December 31.

Dr. Le Quang Hung - Deputy Minister of Construction, Deputy Chairman of the Vietnam Federation of Civil Engineering Association delivered a speech to welcome the workshop.

In order to find solutions on housing for workers in industrial zones, at the workshop "Industrial cities associated with housing for workers", there were the participation of many experts, scientists, managers in the fields of industry, urban, economy, society... from departments, ministries, branches, localities, research institutes , universities and international experts. The participants discussed many issued related to the housing for workers.

he industrial park of new generation is an inevitable development in Vietnam in the new period. The new model will synchronously solve three basic human activities: "living", "working" and "resting". At that time, the new model and the housing for workers will be an organic factor closely linked in the general development structure of urban and rural areas.
