NDO – At the invitation of Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will attend the 6th Greater Mekong Sub-Region (GMS) Summit which will be held virtually on September 9, announced the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on September 5.
