BIDV Launches '100-Day Digital Transformation' Support Package

The Investment and Development Bank of Vietnam (BIDV) has launched a comprehensive support program titled '100-Day Digital Transformation' in Hanoi. This initiative is designed to assist businesses, household businesses, and public units in their digital transformation efforts, aligning with the city's broader campaign to modernize its economy.

Free Technology Solutions for SMEs

As part of the program, BIDV is committed to providing free lifelong access to its sales management software, BIDV Direct Shop and MyShop Pro, for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and household businesses in Hanoi. This initiative aims to alleviate the financial burden of technology costs, enabling these businesses to adopt digital solutions more readily.

Attractive Financial Incentives

To further support SMEs, BIDV is offering a range of financial incentives. Participating businesses can receive a QR Soundbox notification speaker or a subsidy of 2 million VND for software usage fees through a network of over 150 technology partners. Household businesses can benefit from a notification speaker worth up to 400,000 VND and discounts of up to 10 million VND when opening special accounts, alongside six months of free invoice services or 3,000 electronic invoices directly on MyShop Pro.

Modernizing Public Sector Services

BIDV is also expanding its collaboration with administrative agencies and public units in Hanoi. The bank is providing modern multi-channel payment services, including identification account payments, QR Code transactions, and online payment gateways, which will help automate and modernize the city's budget management systems.

Tailored Credit Solutions

In tandem with its technology ecosystem, BIDV has designed specialized credit solutions to meet the capital needs of different customer segments. For household businesses, BIDV offers unsecured overdraft limits of up to 500 million VND or secured overdrafts up to 3 billion VND. SMEs can access short-term credit limits of up to 55 billion VND with a maximum funding ratio of 100% of the collateral value, with approvals granted within two working days.

Commitment to Digital Economy

This initiative is a concrete step in the strategic partnership between BIDV and the Hanoi People's Committee, aimed at promoting the digital economy and supporting the operational optimization of businesses and public units. The '100-Day Digital Transformation' campaign is not only a collective goal for the city but also an opportune moment for businesses and household enterprises to accelerate their growth.

BIDV is dedicated to leveraging all available resources across its branches in Hanoi to provide a robust technological platform and flexible financial leverage, allowing SMEs and household businesses to confidently navigate the digital era.
