The coastal areas of Thai Binh Province come alive from 4-5 a.m. At the crack of dawn and the first sign of light in the sky, an extraordinary scene of women and men racing to catch shrimp, fish, clams and mussels on the seaside of Thuy Xuan (Thai Thuy District) to Dong Chau (Tien Hai District) in the northern province, is visible.
