“The natural scenery here is really overwhelming, making me feel so small. The sea water is clear, there are undulating mountains everywhere, there are many unique shapes,” Ms. Karen said.

On a luxury yacht floating in the middle of the bay, she and her family had a short but memorable cruise in Ha Long.

“In order to enjoy the best trip, my family booked a suite room for 4,750,000 VND/person for a 2 day 1-night schedule. The room is 22m2 wide, located on the 3rd floor, with a great sea view. beautiful,” shared Karen.

This room is designed with a private balcony and is located near the deck (Sundeck) and the bar, so members can comfortably sunbathe or enjoy the view of the bay at dawn and dusk.

“I like reading books on the deck in the afternoon and sunbathing at dawn. The space is airy and quiet regardless of day and night, and the scenery is so poetic and magnificent. This trip is really for me. for those who want to rest, completely immerse themselves in nature,” said the Singaporean female tourist.

On the 2 days 1 night cruise, the boat takes visitors through the places with the most beautiful scenery in Ha Long Bay such as Trong Mai island, Yen Ngua island, the lake complex and Tien cave, Trong cave area, Me Cung cave, etc. … enough for anyone to say: “So beautiful”!.

Karen admitted to going from one surprise to another as she stood on the yacht and watched the bay. Through each area, the scenery changes, creating different perspectives and beauty that are completely different from the yachting experience in Singapore.

In the early afternoon, after checking in, Ms. Karen and her crew members took advantage of rest and took a nap to regain their strength after traveling for a few hours from Hanoi to Ha Long.

After that, the boat anchored near Tung Sau valley. A small canoe is waiting, taking the whole group to move to the famous pearl farming place.

After visiting the famous pearl farming site, visitors can beat the afternoon heat with a kayaking experience right here. 

Colorful kayaks are waiting, guests wear life jackets, move to the boat and begin 30-40 minutes of free time to explore the clear blue sea.

“The first time I sat on a kayak, the wind was strong, I paddled in the opposite direction, so I felt exhausted. In return, I felt like dispelling all fatigue when I was able to see the beautiful bay, at a very close angle, where there are cliffs. The upright rock has been eroded into many unique shapes,” said Karen excitedly.

On a small kayak, the Singaporean female tourist and a friend alternately rowed, slowly moving around the towering islands as “rising from the sea”. 

“The sea water is cool, the color is clear and blue, embracing the steep cliffs. Under the sparkling afternoon sun, all the scenery appears even more beautiful, making those who are lazy like me can’t refuse, have to work hard. down to challenge endurance and admire the wonderful things that nature bestows,” added the female tourist.

After kayaking, visitors return to the yacht to rest and prepare for the next destination, Titop Island.

Titop is known as one of the most beautiful islands in Ha Long Bay. The island leans against Cua Luc Bay, in front is Bo Hon Island, Sung Sot Cave, on the right is Dam Nam Island.

Seen from above, Titop impresses with the moon-shaped beach, embracing the island’s foot. This is also an ideal stopover place for tourists in the journey to discover Ha Long Bay. 

Coming here, in addition to swimming and playing volleyball on the sand, visitors can climb mountains, trekking, overcome about 450 stone steps to set foot on the top of the island, fully admire the scenery of Ha Long Bay from above.

Although I did not catch any squid, I It’s still fun, doing the first things in life and learning how to be patient,” said Karen.

At dawn on the second day, after breakfast with cakes and coffee on the boat, visitors move by canoe to Sung Sot cave. This is one of the most beautiful and largest caves of Ha Long Bay, located on Bo Hon Island. 

Tourists visit Sung Sot cave. In 2012, Sung Sot cave was voted as one of the 10 most beautiful caves in the world by the Czech Association of Travel Agents and Brokers. 

Sung Sot Cave is more than 12,000m2 wide, including 2 main compartments. The first compartment is a large space with a ceiling of 30m high, interlaced with large and small indentations, smooth as decorated with foam.

The second compartment is located deep inside, visitors who want to come here have to go through a small road, along both sides are steep cliffs shaped like birds, royal gardens, lakes, ancient trees, dinosaurs, etc.
