The noodle shop is located at 4/4, Hoang Van Thu street, ward 4, Da Lat city, open for sale from 6 am to 2 pm daily. The shop sells various vermicelli dishes such as beef vermicelli, vermicelli, and Quang Gia noodles from 25,000 VND/bowl, of which vermicelli is the most popular. Although beef vermicelli is the restaurant's main dish, the American YouTuber prefers to eat Quang noodles, often ordering a portion of Quang noodles and adding a pork roll. Quang noodles here have a lot of pork, soft stewed pork bones, and rich broth filled, not invasive like Quang noodles in other places. The top of the bowl is golden roasted peanuts with a few pieces of crispy baked rice paper. The plate of raw vegetables served with bananas, shredded lettuce, raw sprouts, and added herbs.
“The soft and chewy noodles blend with the rich broth. This hot bowl of noodles is very suitable for cold weather” Max commented on the dish and also said that he quite liked the quiet, familiar atmosphere at the restaurant.
Banh mi shumai is a trolley located next to a cafe at 207 Phan Dinh Phung, Ward 2, Da Lat City, a familiar morning dining spot for residents. According to the owner, the shop has been open for sale since before 1975, selling from 6 am to 10 am daily; customers can eat on the spot or buy to take away.
The portion of shumai at the restaurant is served in a large bowl, filled with rich broth, with spring onions and coriander on top. Xiu Mai is a firm, round meatball cooked with soft pork skin when eaten with crispy bread. Each meal costs 35,000 VND. Max McFarlin suggests that you can eat more noodles cooked with pork, which is also quite delicious, and the owner enthusiastically recommends this dish for guests to try.

Quan Xua is a recommended address for believers who like grilled dishes and hotpot. This place is located in alley 427, Phan Dinh Phung, Ward 2, Da Lat city with ancient decoration style with chandeliers, pictures of Saigon, Hoi An before 1975.
Here, diners can order grilled heifer and artichoke hot pot to enjoy. For grilled dishes, tender beef is cut into small pieces, marinated with a special sauce, and then grilled on a hot tile with okra. “The cooked meat gives off an aroma that stimulates the taste buds. You take more fresh lettuce, raw vegetables and then put the grilled meat on top, roll it up and dip it with green salt and pepper. The beef is extremely tender, not chewy or too sweet, but delicious. Special scent”, Max said about the tile-roasted beef priced at VND 219,000.
