Weather Forecast from September 22 to September 24
On the afternoon of September 22, the forecast highlighted that the Northern and North Central regions would experience scattered rain and thunderstorms. Specifically, the North Central region is expected to see rain on September 24, with scattered thunderstorms in some areas.
From Hue to Da Nang, as well as the eastern provinces from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak, heavy rain and thunderstorms are anticipated. In the provinces of Lam Dong, Khanh Hoa, and the Southern region, moderate to heavy rain and thunderstorms are also expected, with some areas experiencing very heavy rain.
Other regions will see rain, moderate rain, and thunderstorms, with some areas likely to experience heavy rainfall. The meteorological agency has warned of the potential for whirlwinds, lightning, hail, and strong winds during thunderstorms.
Weather Trends from September 24 to October 2
Looking ahead, from the night of September 24 to October 2, the Northern region is forecasted to have scattered rain and thunderstorms. The North Central region will also see rain and scattered thunderstorms during this period.
From Ha Tinh to Da Nang, moderate to heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected, with some areas likely to experience very heavy rain. From September 25 onward, rainfall is expected to gradually decrease.
In other parts of the Central and Southern regions, rain, moderate rain, and thunderstorms are expected, particularly until around September 26, after which scattered rain and thunderstorms will occur. Rainfall is anticipated to be most concentrated in the afternoons and evenings.
