Two Arrested in Dog Theft Incident in Ho Chi Minh City

A 20-year-old man, Khong Minh Hung, has been arrested for stealing four motorcycles from the Dam Ha police station in Quang Ninh, Vietnam. The incident took place between May 24 and June 10, when Hung, in need of money for personal expenses, managed to steal Honda Wave motorcycles valued at over 39 million VND.
According to the Quang Ninh police, Hung sold one of the stolen motorcycles to a local resident for 11.2 million VND. Additionally, he attempted to defraud another individual by promising to sell them a stolen motorcycle, which resulted in him taking 2.3 million VND without delivering the vehicle.
The police have completed their investigation and have transferred the case to the Quang Ninh People's Procuracy for prosecution. Hung is facing charges of theft and fraud.
