Authorities in Tay Ninh province warn that bank accounts will be frozen if unauthorized transactions occur.

Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc's management company has recently issued an urgent statement addressing the unauthorized use of her images in advertising campaigns. The actress, known for her influence and popularity, has been a victim of image misuse, particularly in relation to a coffee brand.
According to the statement, numerous social media accounts have been utilizing AI technology to create images and videos featuring Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc, along with her family, to promote this brand. The management clarified that Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc has not engaged in any advertising, representation, or media collaboration related to the product.
The company also emphasized that the child featured in the unauthorized content, Nami, has not participated in any advertising or commercial collaboration with the brand either. They firmly stated that they have not signed or authorized any contracts for bookings, advertising, or media related to the coffee brand.
Furthermore, the management warned that using the images of artists and Nami for promotional purposes without written consent is strictly prohibited. They have demanded that all individuals, organizations, and media outlets immediately cease the use, distribution, sharing, or exploitation of Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc's images.
In light of the rapid advancements in AI technology, the management expressed concern over the potential for celebrity images to be manipulated or fabricated for advertising without consent. Such actions not only damage the artist's reputation but also mislead consumers, potentially affecting their purchasing decisions based on false information.
This incident has sparked discussions about the responsibility of social media users to verify the authenticity of advertising content featuring celebrities. Users are encouraged to cross-check information from official sources or the artist's management before believing in rapidly circulating content.
Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc has faced similar issues in the past regarding image misappropriation for commercial purposes. The rise of AI technology raises questions about the boundaries of online content creation and the ethical implications of using someone's likeness without permission.
As the lines between creativity and image rights become increasingly blurred, it is essential for both content creators and consumers to exercise greater responsibility in their interactions with digital media.
