Nguyen Ngoc Ha Appointed Vice Rector of Hanoi National University of Education
Professor Nguyen Ngoc Ha has been appointed as the Vice Rector of Hanoi National University of Education.

The Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training has announced the appointment of two new deputy ministers, Đoàn Trung Kiên and Phạm Quang Hưng, as of July 10. This decision was made by the Prime Minister of Vietnam.
Đoàn Trung Kiên, 47 years old, hails from Hà Nam (now Ninh Bình) and holds a doctorate in law. He has an extensive background in education, having served as the principal of Hanoi Law University and the director of the Judicial Academy. Prior to his current role, he was the Deputy Chairman of the People's Committee of Tây Ninh Province since April 2025.
Phạm Quang Hưng, 52 years old, is from Ninh Bình and has pursued his master's degree and doctoral research at the University of Saskatchewan in Canada. He has held various academic positions, including lecturer at Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, and has served as the Director of International Cooperation and the Director of Science, Technology, and Information within the Ministry of Education and Training.
The Ministry of Education and Training is a governmental body responsible for overseeing various educational sectors, including preschool education, general education, vocational training, higher education, and lifelong learning. It also focuses on developing vocational skills and managing the use of the Vietnamese language and other ethnic languages. The current Minister of Education and Training is Hoàng Minh Sơn, supported by five deputy ministers, including Phạm Ngọc Thưởng, Lê Quân, Đoàn Trung Kiên, Phạm Quang Hưng, and Nguyễn Thị Quyên Thanh.
