However, the progress of these reforms has not been uniform, with some areas showing significant advancements while others lag behind. This unevenness can be attributed to various factors including differing levels of commitment and resources among local governments.

The Ministry emphasized the importance of continuing to push forward with administrative reforms, particularly in the context of digital transformation and the development of a digital economy. These reforms are seen as crucial for enhancing efficiency in public administration and improving the business environment.
