Iran's Raisi hopes Qatar gas forum will boost relations with Gulf countries
Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi said on Monday he hopes a trip to Qatar to attend a regional gas conference
In a televised interview on Press TV, Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri said Iran fully controls the Persian Gulf and dominates the waters and his forces are monitoring all developments using electronic and electro-optic systems to ensure regional security.
Earlier, Iran held a naval parade in the Persian Gulf, rallying 700 warships and military vessels. The rally came ahead of a commemoration marking five years since Iranian forces seized two US navy boats and 10 crew members who intruded their waters.
