People splash water and smash pots during the Vegetarian festival

HCMC – The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tay Ninh Province held a press conference on February 13 to announce its first vegetarian food festival set for February 17 to 19.
According to the department, the festival will feature 80 stalls with 188 vegetarian dishes and an art show of flowers and fruits.
Guests will have the opportunity to learn how to make vegetarian food and explore Tay Ninh’s vegetarian specialties.
According to Tran Anh Minh, director of the department, the festival aims to preserve and promote the province’s national intangible cultural heritage and tasty vegetarian food.
