As the business grows, diners increase, and the semi-mobile can no longer meet. The owner decided to open a permanent restaurant, and the main location is Alley 14, Ky Dong Alley.
The shop uses 100% of our chicken to make pho; the meat is fresh, firm, sweet, and not greasy. The skin is golden, shiny, and eye-catching; chewing a crispy and rough piece and adding salt and pepper makes it even more delicious. To have a source of quality goods, the restaurant has carefully selected and agreed to buy at a higher price, putting the diners' interests first.
Pho broth in Ky Dong is stewed from chicken bones instead of pork or beef bones, and cooked continuously for 3 to 4 hours, creating a light, sweet taste that is very mouth-watering. Pho will be served with various bean sprouts, herbs, lemon, chilli, pepper, soy sauce, and crispy crackers.

Over the years, the space of Phở Minh is also tinged with the old. Tables and chairs are still in the old wooden style, not much but open, and guests coming to eat are quiet. Mr Minh's nephew, over 60 years old this year, said that Mr Tran Minh, owner of Phở Minh restaurant from Ha Dong-Ha Tay, came to Saigon in the 1920s.
