18. Banh cuon Ba Xuan

Banh Cuon Ba Xuan initially sold pho, then she sold more banh cuon and unexpectedly, thanks to this dish, the restaurant's name became known to many people. This is one of the rare shops in Hanoi that still uses a stone mortar to grind flour, so the cake is thinner and smoother. Not making many fillings like other places, the shop is loyal to the traditional wood ear meat, served with fat rolls and Uoc Le cinnamon rolls. Ms Xuan's shop also sells in two hours, from 6 am to 12 pm and from 4 pm to 30 pm the next day, suitable for stopping by for breakfast, snack, dinner or late at night.

19. Bếp Prime

20. Bun Chả Đắc Kim

Located at the beginning of Hang Manh Street, Bun Chả Đắc Kim has long become a familiar address for foreign tourists when coming to the capital to enjoy Ha Thanh cuisine. With a relatively small area, diners must go upstairs or have tables and chairs on the sidewalk at peak hours.
The name Đắc Kim comes from the first owners of the shop in 1965. Up to now, the people taking over are the later generations in the family. The outstanding feature here is the sophistication in the selection of raw materials. In particular, pork must be three or underarms. After being chopped with a knife, it will be marinated with spices, onions, garlic and delicious fish sauce and then grilled on charcoal.
Each serving of bun cha in Đắc Kim is prepared quite well, with much meat and ranges from 50,000 to 60,000 VND. Despite complaints about the lack of seating space or the somewhat high prices, the shop is always packed with customers and has become one of the culinary icons of Ha Thanh.

21. Bun chả Hương Lien

For those living around Thi Sach - Le Van Huu - Ngo Thi Nham neighbourhood, almost everyone grew up with the taste of Huong Lien bun cha. With a history of 20 years, the rolls here are famous for being soft, sweet and, rich, fragrant with onions.
Unlike the above shops, the sauce at Bun chả Hương Lien has a moderate sweetness, slightly leaning towards the sour taste from vinegar. The plus point of the Restaurant is the cleanliness, coolness, and large space if diners go in a large group. Each serving of bun cha costs 40,000 VND, and using wet towels can be charged 2,000 VND each.
The shop only sells late in the morning and is quite crowded at lunchtime. The owner of Bun chả Hương Lien is the next generation in the family.

22. Cau Go

Situated between Dinh Tien Hoang Street and Cau Go Street, the Restaurant is surrounded by history. Cau Go Street, from which the Restaurant takes its name, is one of the original 36 streets of the Hanoi old quarter and trading centre.

23. Cha ca Anh Vu

The shop's fish cake is made from Anh Vu fish, fresh, soft and sweet meat, elaborately marinated with turmeric and its spices. The fish is well fried and then brought to serve customers. The piece of fish is quite big, lightly seasoned to eat with shrimp paste. It is both delicious and rich. Although the meat here is less sure than in the two restaurants above, it is still guaranteed to have enough meat flavour. The way to eat it is like other fish cakes, pick up a small bowl of chopsticks with vermicelli, herbs, fried onions, a few peanuts, and a little shrimp paste, and then pour it over a small spoon of boiling fat in the pan so that the sauce is cooked to create a sizzling sound. 
The shop is clean. The parking lot is spacious, and the staff is enthusiastic and attentive, from the valet to the waiter.

24. Chapter

This Restaurant is located in the heart of the old town with a discreet appearance, in the style of "a hidden place for rich people".
The shop has an open kitchen on the ground floor. Walking in, you will feel the aroma, making your stomach hungry. Go straight inside; there will be an elevator to go to the 2nd floor to eat. 25. Cồ Đam

Co Dam is one of the vegetarian restaurants with unique architecture, and the price is quite reasonable for a fine dining experience.

35. Le gout de Gia

39. Phở ga Cham (Yen Ninh street)

Pho Cham has been present for over 20 years in Hanoi, occupying a small piece of land in the crowded old town. The shop was opened and named after the 55-year-old owner, a native of Hanoi, busy preparing every day from early morning to be on time.
Co Cham chicken noodle soup is currently the most expensive in the Old Quarter. Specifically, a bowl usually costs 70,000 VND, and a full bowl is 110,000 VND. 40. Phở Tiến

42. Sente (Nguyen Quang Bich street)
