HCMC – Lotte Hotel Saigon has launched its three new outlets, including The Canvas, Ottimo House Trattoria, and Legend Lounge, as destinations for gastronomists in HCMC.

The Canvas Restaurant has an urban contemporary interior design with warm colors, transparent glass walls overlooking the swimming pool, and a greenery garden, giving diners a cozy and airy dining space. One of the restaurant’s highlights is its private room area, which can cater to the needs of groups of guests, families, and businesses in need of privacy and intimacy.

For Italian cuisine lovers, Ottimo House reflects the Italian heritage creating a miniature Italy in the heart of the bustling city. At Ottimo House, diners can discover dishes in pure Italian cuisine, such as Napoli pizza, freshly made pasta, and homemade gelato.

This year’s festive season, guests will be welcomed with a new appearance of Legend Lounge.
