Trinh, 29, created a project named ‘Come from Vietnam’ that showcases his home country’s beautiful landscapes from north to south. In the picture above, a mountain scene from Ha Giang, a province in the far north, shows a dramatic gorge with a narrow trail that seems endless.

Trinh said: “I was born and raised in Vietnam. More than any other place, it is my own country that I need to understand. Vietnam has a unique culture and wonderful nature. People are happy here. And I will always be proud of my family and country.”

The beauty of central Vietnam is depicted in many photos by Trinh. Vinh Hy Bay in south-central Ninh Thuan Province is one such.

Sunrise over Nam Du is a glorious sight. Nam Du, an archipelago in the southern province of Kien Giang, about 90 km from the mainland, includes 21 large and small islands. Following ‘Come from Vietnam’ is Trinh’s ‘Asia – Home sweet home’ project. “During my journeys all over Asia, I always found something warm and familiar like home. They made me think of my family. ‘Asia – Home sweet home’ was born out of those feelings,” Trinh said.

An ancient Buddhist monastery in Spiti valley in the Indian Himalayas. The region is cut off from the rest of the world by snow for almost six months in a year.

A rocky mountain covered by snow along the Pamir Highway, Tajikistan. The highway is a part of the ancient Silk Road which cuts through the Pamir mountain range. “Traveling through Pamir can give us the feeling of traveling through time,” the photographer said.

A picture of Mount Everest taken from the Everest base camp in Nepal. “At all of those majestic places, I met sincere and hospitable people. Their honesty kept me warm during the coldest of nights. I think I have been incredibly lucky to get the chance to see those landscapes and meet people there.”

Spectacular view of Bromo volcanoes, Indonesia. “I can go anywhere, I can have any passport, but the blood of the Vietnamese people will forever course through me and Asia will always be my sweet home,” Trinh said.

Hot air balloons rising up in Old Bagan, Myanmar appear like a fairy tale. “Asia has a myriad of unexplored beautiful scenes as does Vietnam. I want to show the world that Vietnam and Asia are even more beautiful than everything they have ever seen before. “Soon I will be back to Vietnam and Asia to develop my projects. All this is just the beginning.” ‘Come from Vietnam’ and ‘Asia – Home sweet home’ are two of seven grand projects Trinh has undertaken. For them, he will continue to visit beautiful landscapes in Vietnam and around Asia.
