Director and Accountants Charged in Invoice Fraud Case

The director of Tuấn Linh 89 Co., Ltd., Phùng Văn Tuấn, and two accountants have been officially charged with the crime of illegal invoice trading. This incident occurred in Phú Thọ province and several other localities. The Phú Thọ Provincial Police have initiated legal proceedings against five individuals involved in this case under Article 203 of the Penal Code.

The accused include Phùng Văn Tuấn, the director of Tuấn Linh 89 Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Tuấn Linh Vĩnh Phúc), Nguyễn Thị Thu Hà, an accountant at the same company, along with Nguyễn Văn Phôi, a worker responsible for machinery repairs at Phú Xuân Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company, Đặng Thành Công, the chief accountant of Phú Xuân Consulting and Construction, and Lê Thu Trang.

According to the investigation, Phùng Văn Tuấn and Nguyễn Thị Thu Hà were involved in the illegal purchase and sale of 25 value-added invoices issued to Tuấn Linh 89 Co., Ltd., with a total payment value exceeding 1.9 billion VND. This amount includes over 1.79 billion VND for goods and more than 149 million VND in value-added tax.

Among these 25 invoices, 16 were issued by Hiếu Diệp Trading Co., Ltd., which was illegally sold by Châu Ngọc Lâm, the director of the company. The remaining 9 invoices were from An Bình Group Trading Co., Ltd., sold unlawfully by Nguyễn Thị Hồng Mai.

The investigation revealed that Phôi, Công, and Trang were involved in the illegal trade of 17 invoices from Hiếu Diệp Trading Co., Ltd., which were issued to Phú Xuân Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company, with a total payment value of over 230 million VND.

The Phú Thọ Provincial Police have stated that this case is part of a broader investigation into illegal invoice trading in the province and surrounding areas. Authorities are continuing to gather evidence and expand their investigation to clarify the roles of all individuals and organizations involved, ensuring strict legal action is taken against those responsible.
