Starting from the afternoon of August 4, the northern provinces and the North Central region are expected to experience showers and thunderstorms, with some areas receiving very heavy rainfall. The forecast indicates that the rainfall may be particularly intense, with localized areas experiencing severe downpours.

In the central coastal areas from Quang Tri to Hue, scattered showers and thunderstorms are anticipated, particularly in the eastern parts of Quang Ngai during the afternoon and evening. The Central Highlands and Southern regions will also see some rain, with potential thunderstorms, especially in the late afternoon and evening hours.

Looking ahead to the weather trend from the night of August 5 to August 13, the forecast suggests that the northern provinces and Thanh Hoa will likely see moderate to heavy rain and thunderstorms, particularly from August 5 to 7, with a gradual decrease in rainfall thereafter.

In the regions from Nghe An to Hue and the Central Coast, scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected during the evenings, while daytime temperatures may rise, leading to hot conditions in some areas. The Central Highlands and Southern regions will continue to experience scattered rain and thunderstorms, especially from August 4 to 5, with localized heavy rainfall possible.

As this weather pattern develops, residents are advised to remain vigilant for potential severe weather conditions, including strong winds, lightning, hail, and flash floods in affected areas.
