Petrolimex, Vietnam's leading gas company, has reported that retail gas prices remain stable across the country as of July 16, 2026. This stability follows a reduction in prices at the beginning of the month, with no new adjustments implemented for both domestic and industrial gas cylinders.

In the northern region, the retail price for a 12kg gas cylinder in Hanoi is set at 502,200 VND, while the 48kg cylinder is priced at 2,008,800 VND. In Hai Phong, the prices are slightly lower, with the 12kg cylinder at 489,888 VND and the 48kg cylinder at 1,959,552 VND.

Moving to the central region, the market in Da Nang has also shown stability after a significant drop in prices earlier this month. Currently, a 12kg gas cylinder is priced at 483,000 VND, while the 48kg cylinder is available for 1,847,000 VND.

In the southern region, Petrolimex has kept its retail prices unchanged. In Ho Chi Minh City, the 12kg cylinder is priced at 522,000 VND, and the 48kg cylinder is listed at 2,084,000 VND. Meanwhile, in Can Tho, the prices are 485,000 VND for the 12kg cylinder and 1,940,000 VND for the 48kg cylinder.

Overall, after the price adjustment on July 1, Petrolimex's gas prices have stabilized across its distribution network. The price for a 12kg cylinder ranges from 483,000 to 522,000 VND, while the 48kg industrial cylinder is priced between 1,847,000 and 2,084,000 VND, depending on the distribution area.
