NDO - At the end of April 2021, a number of cases of COVID-19 in the community in Mondulkiri province, Cambodia (bordering Dak Nong, Dak Lak provinces) created great pressure on forces dealing with immigration, and the prevention and control of the epidemic on the border of Dak Lak and Dak Nong provinces.

Facing this situation, the provinces’ Border Guards have strengthened inspections and maintained the maximum number of the checkpoints and mobile teams along the border line. Along the entire border line of Dak Nong and Dak Lak provinces, the Border Guards have set up more than 30 teams to work around the clock.

During the National Reunification Day (April 30) and May Day (May 1) holidays, the units maintained their full activities, making great efforts to prevent Covid-19 from entering our country.
