In the ninth episode of the reality show 'Stars Join the Army 2026: The Homeland at the Frontline', singer Văn Mai Hương made headlines by admitting to being in a romantic relationship for approximately a year. This revelation came as she participated in rigorous military training, showcasing both her resilience and vulnerability.

Throughout the episode, Văn Mai Hương and her fellow recruits engaged in various training exercises, including parachuting and combat techniques. Despite sustaining an injury to her hand during the training, where she experienced bleeding, she maintained a positive attitude and continued to support her teammates. This incident was not her first, as she had previously faced a similar injury in an earlier episode.

During the parachuting training, Văn Mai Hương expressed her emotional reaction to flying in a military helicopter for the first time, a dream she never thought would come true. She described the experience as surreal and was grateful for the opportunity to witness something she had only seen on television.

In a lighter moment during the episode, Văn Mai Hương participated in a game called 'Truth or Dare' with her fellow recruits. She opted for truth and shared details about her relationship, sparking lively discussions among her teammates. The atmosphere became even more playful when her co-stars engaged in humorous antics related to the game, creating a lively and entertaining environment.

Alongside Văn Mai Hương's personal revelations, the episode also highlighted the challenges faced by other participants, such as Minh Trang, who struggled with a specific training task and became emotional due to her perceived shortcomings. The episode concluded with the team of Thúy Ngân and Phan Mạnh Quỳnh emerging victorious in the training evaluations.
